Description:   Children explore who they are from the start, including how they express gender.  Together, we will examine gender identity in early childhood, everyday influences, and inclusive practices.  Participants will reflect on real scenarios and create a Professional Action Plan to support equity, belonging, and authentic self-expression in their classrooms.
