Description: This session explores John Maxwell’s 5 Levels of Leadership adapted for early childhood education.  Participants will explore how leadership extends beyond titles and practice strategies to build trust, strengthen relationships and increase influence in their daily practice.  Educators will leave with a personal action plan to grow from positional leadership to purposeful impact.
