Empowering Child Care Providers
We empower child care providers with the training, support, and resources they need to thrive. We are dedicated to building meaningful connection with childcare providers through local chapters. By investing in their growth, we strengthen early childhood education and build brighter futures for children.

How PRO Started
One day in 1985 a parent showed up at a Family Child Care Program with her child and a basket of laundry. She wondered if the provider could do her laundry since she was JUST home watching kids anyway.

“Being part of my local PRO chapter has been invaluable for me and my business. Local PRO chapters allow providers to connect with others doing this same work in their neighborhoods. Not only do chapters discuss seasonally relevant topics and get training hours, they also build a sense of camaraderie that lets providers support each other as a community. Through chapter participation, I have formed personal relationships that feel supportive, and I finally feel like I’m not alone
