What does a membership include?

Included in your membership are incredible training opportunities, with high quality Master Trainers. We offer Set 2 and 3 trainings. If you and your staff participate in our monthly trainings you will have a minimum of 24-30 hours towards your licensing requirements.
 • Statewide virtual trainings in English and Spanish.
 • Closed captions on all our virtual trainings.
 • Members receive reduced rates for cohorts and conferences.
 • Members have the opportunity to join local chapters that offer in person networking, training, zoom round table, talks, and Program tours

All about employee/staff memberships.

You can add a staff member to your membership. Each staff member is required to have their own membership. This membership is renewed annually. This membership is tied to your Organization/Company. Included in this membership are incredible training opportunities, with high quality Master Trainers. We offer Set 2 and 3 trainings. Your staff can also participate in our monthly trainings. Your staff will have a minimum of 24-30 hours towards your licensing requirements.

How To Cancel My Membership?

FIRST: MAKE SURE YOU ARE LOGGED IN

Cancelling a membership ensures it will not renew on the date of renewal. To cancel your membership, first make sure you logged in. Click the top right corner for all membership options. From the dropdown menu, click "Subscriptions". Next, click on your subscription. You can then choose to cancel.

How to cancel a membership for an employee/staff member?

Accepted Answer

Cancelling a membership for an employee/staff member can be done one of two ways. If you have access to that employee's account you can do so the same way you would your own. (See FAQ: How to Cancel My Membership?) The account will then expire upon the date of renewal. Staff memberships are also transferrable to another staff/employee by filling out the form below.

Transferring a membership to a different employee/staff member?

If you have a staff/employee that is no longer with you but a membership was activated with their email address, we can transfer this to a different staff employee.
