Workshop Description: Examine the role of a philosophy as the foundation for program practices and decisions. Participants will reflect on their own program philosophy. Do the beliefs and values it embodies guide program decisions? Is it visible within the program? Dialog, reflection and evaluation will enable participants to bring their philosophy to life
